Implementation

At AGR we have over 10 years experience of implementing and integrating Inventory Optimiser with a wide variety of businesses, running diverse ERP programs. The system is a seamless add-on solution, which means our customers generally don´t have to deal with any disruption to their service.

For larger customers we often start off with a pilot project and implement the system within a small proportion of the whole company. This has proved a successful strategy which speeds up the whole process and eases implementation, both for internal and external customers.
