AGR UK Appoints Director of Professional Services

Due to growth and recent investments, AGR UK has announced the appointment of Ian Wilson as Director of Professional Services. The role will see Ian establishing a professional services arm for AGR’s UK operation, helping to add revenue and deliver greater service levels for current and prospective clients.

Ian joins AGR UK from Newitts, a multi-channel retailer with corporate clients, mail order and web, where he was IT manager and was instrumental in the company’s successful implementation of AGR Inventory Optimiser. He will be able to use this experience to help provide installation support, post-implementation services as well as provide crucial pre-sales assistance.
