LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW, the Danish confectionery brand known for its gourmet liquorice, has entered into a partnership with AGR to support its continued international growth. As the company expands across markets, it is strengthening its supply chain setup to ensure that customers worldwide can rely on consistent availability and quality.

Supporting an ambitious growth journey

Over the past years, LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW has grown from a local favourite to a global brand with a presence in more than 30 markets. This expansion places high demands on the company’s supply chain and planning processes.

“Building a supply chain that can scale with our ambitions is an important step on our journey,” says Rikke Reiselbach, Head of Supply Chain at Lakrids by Bülow. “With AGR’s solution, we expect to improve the accuracy of our forecasts, achieve a better inventory balance, and ensure that our products are always available when and where customers expect them.”

From data to reliable planning

The new solution will provide tools to identify and correct errors in master data, optimise forecasts, and create a stronger foundation for planning and ordering. Automatic upgrades and continuously available reports will ensure that LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW benefits from ongoing improvements and can proactively manage deviations across its supply chain.

“For Lakrids by Bülow, it is crucial to have a planning setup that supports both daily operations and global growth,” says Kim Petersen, Head of Nordic Sales at AGR. “We are proud to support them in building a supply chain that is robust, scalable, and reliable.”
