  1. Introduction

The AGR Referral Program (“Program”) rewards existing AGR customers (“Referrers”) for introducing new businesses (“Referees”) to AGR Inventory (“AGR”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which govern participation, eligibility, and rewards.

  1. Eligibility
  1. The Program is open to active AGR customers.
  2. Referees must be a Qualified Referral as stated in Section 5.
  3. AGR employees, partners, and resellers are not eligible to participate unless otherwise approved in writing.
  4. Referees must be referred via the designated referral form or landing page provided by AGR.
  1. Referral Process
  1. The Referrer shares the referral link or submits a referral through the official AGR referral form.
  2. The Referee completes a qualified demo with AGR.
  3. For the Referrer to qualify for the reward, the Referee must:
    1. Complete a qualified demo with an AGR representative, and
    2. Be verified as a legitimate business interested in AGR’s solutions.
  1. The Referral Reward
  1. Reward for the Referee: The referred company will be entitled to choose one of the following modules free of charge for a maximum period of 3 months.
    1. PlanPro,
    2. OrderPro, or
    3. InsightsPro
  2. Reward for the Referrer: AGR may provide an additional thank-you reward (e.g., account credit, service discount, or gift card) at AGR’s discretion.
  3. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  4. AGR reserves the right to modify or substitute rewards with an equivalent value offer.
  1. Qualified Referrals

A Qualified Referral means a referred business that meets all of the following criteria:

  1. Is verified as a new customer to AGR;
  2. Completes an initial consultation or demo within 60 days of referral submission;
  3. Has a valid business domain and operates within AGR’s supported regions;
  4. Signs up for a qualifying AGR product trial or subscription (if applicable).

Referrals that do not meet these criteria may be deemed ineligible at AGR’s sole discretion.

  1. Reward Delivery
  1. Rewards will be confirmed via email within 30 days after the referred business qualifying.
  2. AGR will contact the Referee to coordinate the onboarding and activation of their complimentary module.
  3. Any applicable taxes or fees related to the reward are the Referee’s responsibility.
  1. Program Limitations

AGR reserves the right to:

  1. Verify the identity and eligibility of all participants;
  2. Reject referrals suspected of fraud or abuse;
  3. Limit the number of rewards per participant;
  4. Modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  1. Data Privacy

By participating, you consent to AGR collecting and processing your personal information for the purposes of administering the Program. Data will be handled in accordance with AGR’s Privacy Policy.

  1. General Conditions
  1. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
  2. AGR’s decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and reward allocation are final and binding.
  3. These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland.
