AGR Partner Referral Program Summer 2026 – Terms & Conditions

Introduction

The AGR Partner Referral Program (“Program”) rewards employees of AGR partner companies (“Referrers”) for introducing prospective businesses (“Referees”) to AGR Inventory (“AGR”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which govern participation, eligibility, and rewards.

Eligibility

The Program is open to employees of AGR partner companies.

Referrers must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to participate in accordance with their employer’s policies.

AGR employees are not eligible to participate unless otherwise approved in writing by AGR.

Referrals must be submitted via the designated referral form or landing page provided by AGR.

Campaign Period

The Program is open for referrals submitted between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026 (the “Campaign Period”).

To qualify for a reward, the referral must be submitted during the Campaign Period and meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

A Qualified Referral must complete a qualifying AGR product demonstration on or before 31 December 2026.

Referral Process

The Referrer submits a referral through the official AGR referral form.

AGR will review the referral and contact the Referee.

For the Referrer to qualify for a reward, the Referee must:

• Be a Qualified Referral as defined in these Terms;

• Complete a qualified AGR product demonstration with an AGR representative; and

• Be verified as a legitimate business with a genuine interest in AGR’s solutions.

The Referral Reward

Reward for the Referrer: The Referrer will receive a £100 Amazon.co.uk e-gift card for each Qualified Referral that completes a qualifying AGR product demonstration.

Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products or services.

AGR reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or substitute rewards with an alternative reward of equivalent value at its discretion.

Qualified Referrals

A Qualified Referral means a referred business that meets all of the following criteria:

• Is not an existing AGR customer at the time of referral;

• Has not been referred by another participant within the previous 12 months;

• Operates within a market or region supported by AGR;

• Is a legitimate business entity with a genuine potential interest in AGR’s products or services;

• Completes a live product demonstration with an AGR representative on or before 31 December 2026; and

• Is not already been engaged in an active sales process with AGR at the time the referral is submitted.

AGR reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a referral qualifies under these criteria.

Reward Delivery

Rewards will be issued by email within 30 days of AGR confirming that the Qualified Referral has completed a qualifying AGR product demonstration.

AGR is not responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete contact information provided by participants.

Any taxes, duties, or other liabilities arising from receipt of a reward shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Program Limitations

AGR reserves the right to:

• Verify the identity and eligibility of all participants;

• Reject duplicate referrals;

• Award only one reward per referred organisation;

• Determine which participant is eligible where multiple referrals are submitted for the same organisation;

• Limit the number of rewards issued to any individual or partner company; and

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

Compliance

Participants are responsible for ensuring that participation in the Program and acceptance of any reward complies with their employer’s policies, contractual obligations, and applicable laws.

The Program is intended solely as a marketing referral initiative and is not intended to influence procurement decisions, purchasing decisions, contract awards, or any other business decision.

AGR reserves the right to refuse or withdraw rewards where required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or corporate compliance policies.

Data Privacy

By participating, you confirm that you have permission to share the referred contact’s business information with AGR.

You consent to AGR collecting and processing personal information for the purposes of administering the Program. Data will be handled in accordance with AGR’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

AGR’s decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, referral validity, and reward allocation are final and binding.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland.
