AGR Partner Year-end Incentive Campaign 2026 – Terms & Conditions

Last updated 10.11.2026

1. Overview and acceptance

The AGR Partner Referral Program, Year-End 2026 (the “Program”), rewards people at AGR partner companies who introduce a qualified business to AGR Inventory (“AGR”). By submitting a referral you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

These terms apply to referrals registered from 15 October 2026 and replace the terms of the summer 2026 campaign for those referrals. The reward is separate from, and paid on top of, the standard 20% partner commission that your company earns under its partner agreement with AGR.

2. Campaign period and eligibility

Referrals must be registered between 15 October 2026 and 31 December 2026, and the referred business must complete a demo by 31 January 2027.

  • Who can take part: people who work for an AGR partner company, are aged 18 or over, and are allowed to take part under their employer’s policies, including any gift policy, and whose employer has authorised their participation and their receipt of any reward in writing (see section 3). It is your responsibility to check this before you take part.
  • Who cannot: AGR employees, unless AGR approves in writing.
  • Markets: the Program is global and open to partners in all countries where AGR has partners. The Program applies only in countries where it can lawfully be offered. It is void where prohibited or restricted by local law, and AGR may exclude a country, or decline referrals from a country, where it cannot lawfully do business or pay the reward. It is your responsibility to check that taking part is lawful where you work. Nothing in these terms is an offer in a country where it would be unlawful.
  • How to refer: only referrals submitted through the official referral form on the campaign page count.

3. Reward

For each qualified referral, the person who made the introduction receives one gift card once the demo has taken place. The reward is set in the five currencies below. Partners in other countries receive it either in one of these currencies or in their own local currency, at the equivalent value.

Currency Gift card per qualified demo
Pound sterling (GBP) £100
Danish krone (DKK) DKK 850
Norwegian krone (NOK) NOK 1,300
Swedish krona (SEK) SEK 1,300
Euro (EUR) EUR 115

If you are paid in your local currency, the amount is the equivalent of the figure above, converted at the exchange rate AGR applies on the date it confirms the demo.

The gift card can be issued only to the individual who made the introduction, and only once AGR has received the written authorisation of that individual’s employer, the partner company, as set out below. Without that authorisation AGR will not issue the reward. It is on top of the standard 20% partner commission your company earns on closed deals, and it does not change that commission.

Partner company authorisation. Before any gift card is issued, the partner company must confirm in writing (an email from an authorised representative, such as a director or manager, is enough) that it has read these terms, that it allows the named individual to take part and to receive the reward, and that doing so complies with its policies and contracts. AGR may ask for this confirmation at any time, and for each reward. A referral can still be registered without it, and the partner company’s standard 20% partner commission is not affected, but no gift card will be issued until the authorisation is received. If the authorisation is refused, or is not received within 60 days of the demo, the reward lapses.

The reward cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, credit or other products. There is no cap on the number of rewards a person can earn during the campaign, subject to section 4. AGR may replace a gift card with one of equal value.

4. Qualified referrals

A referral qualifies for a reward only when all of the following apply. AGR decides whether a referral qualifies, acting reasonably. A gift card is issued only where the partner company’s written authorisation has also been received (section 3).

  1. The business is new to AGR and is not an existing AGR customer at the time of referral.
  2. The business is not already in an active sales process with AGR.
  3. The business has not been referred by another participant in the previous 12 months. If two people refer the same business, the first valid submission counts.
  4. The business is in a market AGR supports and is a legitimate company with genuine potential interest.
  5. The business completes a live demo with an AGR representative by 31 January 2027, and AGR confirms it has taken place.

AGR may verify participants and referrals, reject duplicates and decline submissions that do not meet these terms.

5. Reward delivery and tax

AGR sends the gift card by email within 30 days of the later of two events: AGR confirming that the demo took place, and AGR receiving the partner company’s written authorisation. AGR is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or outdated contact details.

Gift card provider. The reward is a digital GoGift Global Gift Card, issued through GoGift (global.gogift.com). The recipient chooses how to spend it from the brands and products GoGift offers in their country. Availability, redemption conditions and any expiry date are set by GoGift and the participating brands, and GoGift’s own terms apply to the card. AGR is not responsible for those terms or for a brand’s products or services.

Gift cards may be taxable in some countries. Any tax, duty or reporting obligation that arises locally is the recipient’s responsibility.

6. Compliance, privacy, general conditions and contact

Compliance. The Program is a marketing initiative. It is not intended to influence any purchasing or procurement decision. You confirm that taking part, and accepting a reward, complies with your employer’s policies and contracts and with applicable law, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption and gifts rules in your country. The reward is given to thank you for introducing a business, with your employer’s knowledge and consent. It is not given to obtain any improper advantage, and you must not take part if your employer has not authorised it. The Program is not open to public officials or employees of government or state-owned bodies. AGR may refuse or withdraw a reward, and may exclude any person or country, where needed to meet legal, tax, sanctions or compliance requirements.

Privacy. You confirm that you have permission to share the business contact details you submit. You agree that AGR may process the personal data needed to run the Program (including verifying referrals, recording the partner company’s authorisation and sending the reward, including sharing your name and work email with GoGift so that it can deliver the gift card), in line with AGR’s privacy policy.

General. AGR may change, suspend or end the Program, or these terms, at any time. Changes do not affect referrals that already qualified. AGR’s decisions on eligibility, qualification and rewards are final, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, AGR is not liable for any loss that arises from a participant’s or partner company’s failure to obtain the authorisations these terms require, or from the Program being unavailable or withdrawn in a country, and nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live or work.
