One open data interface, any ERP

AGR does not need a bespoke integration project per customer. The AGR Data Interface is a documented, open schema: you map your ERP’s fields to it once, and data flows on a schedule from then on. Dedicated connectors handle the Microsoft Dynamics family end to end.
What that means:

  • Configuration, not custom code
  • Your ERP stays the system of record
  • Approved orders written straight back
  • Every number traceable to its source
Why it matters

Integrates seamlessy with any ERP

Empower your inventory operations and unlock the full potential of your ERP sales. We can get you started.

How it works

From ERP data to placed orders, in four steps

The connection is pre-built and one directional to set up. Your team keeps working in the tools
they already know.

Beyond the ERP

One open data interface, any ERP

Any MCP-compatible assistant — Claude, GPT or an internal agent — can query AGR for forecasts, stock levels, expected future demand, upcoming orders, scheduled deliveries and exceptions. No custom integration project.

Excel and Power BI

Pull AGR data into Excel with the AGR add-in, or into the AGR Power BI app for reporting. Planners keep the tools they know while the numbers stay governed in AGR.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Business Central is AGR’s most common integration and uses a dedicated connector. Master data, stock, sales history and open orders flow into AGR; approved purchase order proposals are written back to Business Central as real orders.

AGR is ERP-agnostic. Dedicated connectors exist for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV and Dynamics AX / Finance & Operations. SAP, Visma, Sage, Infor M3, IFS, Epicor, Jeeves, Concorde and others integrate through the AGR Data Interface — an open, documented schema.

Technical setup is usually days, not months. Most customers have data flowing in the first week of onboarding; the longer part of the project is mapping the supply chain, not moving the data.

No. Mapping ERP fields to the AGR Data Interface is a configuration task handled by your CSM. Custom development is only needed for unusual, home-built ERPs.

No. The ERP remains the system of record for transactions. AGR is the planning layer on top — it reads ERP data, calculates forecasts and order proposals, and writes approved orders back.

Yes, through the AGR MCP server. Any MCP-compatible assistant can query forecasts, stock levels, expected future demand, upcoming orders, scheduled deliveries and exceptions without a custom integration project.

Typically, once per night on a scheduled task. More frequent syncs are possible when ERP and data volumes support them.

AGR runs on Microsoft Azure with encryption in transit and at rest, and each customer’s data in its own dedicated database. Administrative access uses Microsoft Entra ID with SSO and MFA.
