Indeks Retail is the head office for three different companies, Bog & Idé, BOGhandleren, and Legekæden, and manage these compnaies with concept development, marketing, assortment planning, web, IT, finances, and logistic planning.
In the first phase of the project, the Inventory module from AGR Dynamics will focus on Indeks Retail’s main warehouse, with the system ordering goods based on the needs of the warehouse, but forecasting based on the needs of the individual stores. AGR’s unique reporting tool will be used to create a complete overview of their business operations, thereby freeing up time for the company and allowing them to truly focus only where needed.
