The idea for AGR originated in the Engineering department at the University of Iceland back in 1997. The founders shared a clear vision: To develop powerful supply chain solutions that would help wholesale and retail companies in Iceland succeed through proper forecasting, planning, and inventory optimisation. Since then AGR has expanded to Europe and North America, meaning both our customer base and team of staff have grown exponentially.
AGR was founded in 1997 and the idea behind it was conceived at the Engineering department of the University of Iceland.
In 2006 we expanded our operation and opened offices in Denmark and the United Kingdom.
With an ever-growing team of 80+ employees, in Iceland, the Nordics, the UK, and North America, AGR is constantly acquiring new knowledge in the field of Supply Chain Management.
Our dedicated team has extensive experience in development, implementation, consulting, and servicing to over 300 customers and thousands of individual users.
Since our launch, we have had a year-on-year growth of 25% and every year we invest a third of our yearly revenue back into R&D.
Our team of staff has extensive experience within the supply chain industry and consulting. We are constantly looking to acquire new knowledge in these fields and our team has grown to 80+ employees.
