The AI power you want with the transparency and control you deserve
Every AI capability in AGR shows its logic and leaves the decision with you, and it works from day one on your OrderWise data.
What that means:
- AI Sales History: A sales history for items that don’t have one, built from what comparable items actually sold, not guesswork.
- New Item Forecast: A forecast for items with no history at all, built from attributes, price point and comparable items instead of a blank Sales Plan.
- Item Advisor: Audit any item in one click, forecast logic, risk, ABC, lead time and health, written up in plain language.
- AI Connect: Your AGR forecasts and data, in the tools you already use. You’re not locked into one system.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does AGR integrate with Orderwise?
Yes. AGR has a standard Orderwise connector covering both deployment modes: Orderwise Cloud through the Orderwise REST API, and Orderwise On-Premise through direct read access to the Orderwise SQL Server database.
What data does the Orderwise integration cover?
The standard connector covers items, vendors, customers, locations, item-locations (SKU), sales history, stock levels, stock history, open sales orders, undelivered purchase orders, purchase order receipts, transfers, BOM components and consumption, committed demand, promotions and customer groups.
How does AGR read data from Orderwise Cloud?
Through Orderwise Export Definitions — SQL-backed REST endpoints that return data in bulk. You provide REST API credentials for a user with API and read access, create the Export Definitions AGR supplies, and share the endpoint ID of each one so the connector can call them.
What is needed for Orderwise On-Premise?
Because the database is privately hosted, a Microsoft Integration Runtime service is installed to reach it, and AGR is given read access to the live Orderwise SQL database.
Can the standard mapping be changed?
Yes. The standard mapping of Orderwise data into AGR is documented in the AGR Data Interface, and customisations to that mapping can often be accommodated at a cost.
Does AGR write anything back into Orderwise?
Approved purchase orders are written back so replenishment is executed in OrderWise. OrderWise stays the system of record for transactions; AGR is the planning layer on top.
How long does an Orderwise integration take?
Technical setup is usually days rather than months. Most customers have data flowing during the first week of onboarding — the longer part of any project is mapping the supply chain, not moving the data.
Is integration secure?
AGR runs on Microsoft Azure with encryption in transit and at rest, and each customer’s data in its own dedicated database. Administrative access uses Microsoft Entra ID with SSO and MFA.
