With AGR Essentials you could be live in as little as one week but with AGR Plus it can take anywhere between 6-12 weeks depending on your business requirements. However, this hinges on having clear accountability and dedicated project managers on both sides of the table, sharing the responsibility​ ​of a successful implementation.

Most AGR customers see a return on investment within 6 months of going live with AGR, however, many of our customers see it even sooner, or after just 3 months.

AGR Essentials is an out-of-the-box, subscription-based solution delivered through a standard SaaS model. The monthly subscription fee includes hosting, implementation, services desk, and support by a dedicated customer success manager. AGR Plus is a more flexible solution that can be tailored to your business processes.

AGR Essentials offers standard data connectors to Microsoft NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that are easy to set up but are different for NAV/BC on premise and BC Public Cloud. AGR Essentials is hosted on our servers, so all you need to do is provide access to the data. You can find extensive documentation on what needs to be set up for a data connection here:

AGR Plus can be connected to any ERP system and can be hosted on your servers or on AGR’s servers, based on your business needs. We will work with you to find the best solution for you. If you choose to have it on-prem, our consultants will need to have a VPN access and a dedicated SQL server.

Yes, we offer single sign-on authentication with Microsoft OAuth.

ERP systems only work with historical data and thus only know which items have been in high or low demand in the past. Usually, minimum, and maximum values are entered and the system sets forecasts and orders proposals accordingly, essentially this means if the stock quantity is less than x, quantity y is reordered.
